Wessex Garages Commitment To Their Customers

No.1 in Customer Services

Wessex Garages has embarked on an ambitious programme linked to our customer care initiatives to be a top 10 dealer in Service,Sales and Parts in every franchise we represent. Our process is simple, if something's not right, we want our customers to speak to a Manager immediately!

Dealerships have been issued with various point of sale materials including posters, mugs and pens, and all of our staff will be engaging with customers to deliver unprecedented levels of customer care.

Examples of how we are improving our facilities across the Group to help enhance this intiative include:

  • We have now moved into a new preparation facility in Cardiff where we have relocated our trade Parts and all of our internal vehicle preparation for all franchises. Our customers can now benefit from improved on-site parking at Penarth Road and a refurbished Service Reception area.
  • Our Gloucester branch has benefited from a new Service Reception area and customer waiting facilities as well as re-cladding the entire building to help modernise and improve the overall appearance of the site.
  • Internet facilities have now been installed at all Wessex branches and service vehicles now receive a complimentary wash and vacumn.

Our own research into what frustrates our customers' tells us that they often do not know who to speak to in order to solve a problem, discuss concerns or simply to let us know what we are doing right or wrong. In order to assist anyone who visits one of our dealerships, you will now see posters with pictures and contact details of all the relevant managers of the departments and of course our 100% satisfaction logo. Please do not hesitate to ask for one of our Managers, they will be delighted to speak to you.

We are also pleased to announce that our Bristol Nissan branch on Pennywell Road is now in the top 15 in the country for customer satisfaction for Nissan and our remaining branches are well on the way!
