The item was ordered on the 25th of February, with a delivery date of the 5th March. I booked my car in for service on the 6th March. No progress till a week later for a VRM request, no progress till the 6th March, parcel force collected it in Bristol. The due date passed, the service had to be cancelled, as of today the 8th March, no filter and no answer to a formal eBay question, "where's my item". Sorry but absolutely garbage service

Poor communication, very late delivery. Didn’t know if the pads would be sent as seller ghosted me, purchased else where, pads turned up a month later, I had to pay return postage and no way of contacting ebay for help. Utterly pathetic customer services from the seller & ebay.

The car mats look good and as described. They arrived on time but I was out for half hour and so Parcelforce took them back to the depot. Parcelforce do not let you know when they are coming. Some couriers will text or mail and give you an approximate delivery time but not Parcelforce for my delivery. They do let you select a date for redelivery but still do not give any delivery estimate, not am or pm even. There nearest depot is about 40 miles away. Could do better?

Had to contact the Garage Parts Centre to make sure eBay order was there and that the item was dispatched, yes order there, but not dispatched. Contact details on eBay shop not helpfull, hence direct contact with Parts Centre, details of which were easily found on the WEB. Once confirmed, it was finally dispatched but then not delivered as promised by ParcelForce 48hr. In fact their tracking showed dispatch as being the 11th not the 8th as noted here. Item received in the end though.
